Appetizers (choose one to share)

• Autumn Salad
  Rainbow chard tossed with a lemon dressing, candied pumpkin seeds, pear and cranberry
• Sesame crusted Mushrooms
  Seasonal mushrooms served with saffron, garlic and lavender aioli

Entrees (chose one each)

• Zucchini Lasagna
  Zucchini layered with tofu ricotta, cashew cream, collard greens and Kalamata olives baked with marinara sauce and cheddar cheese. Vegan option made with our own tofu cheese.
• Tourtiere - Shepherds Pie
  Root vegetables and cauliflower in a rosemary red wine sauce. Topped with mashed potatoes and sauteed chard.
• Fresh Pasta of the day
  Whole-wheat fresh pasta served with sautéed squash and pesto cream sauce. Topped with shaved Parmesan cheese.
• Pot Pie
  Carrots, burdocks, leeks, onions, celery, potatoes and chic-ken style seitan with flaky crust.
